Kelly Kessen is a licensed Classical Five-Element Acupuncturist and Functional Medicine Practitioner in Boulder, CO.
Kelly received her Functional Medicine training through The Kalish Institute where she continues her advanced studies with Dr. Daniel Kalish.
Kelly earned her Masters Degree in Classical Five-Element Acupuncture from the Institute of Taoist Education and Acupuncture (ITEA) in Louisville, CO, where she now has the honor of being a faculty member. She enjoys teaching through a body-centered approach, finding unique ways for students to integrate what they are learning. As a lifelong student herself, she is currently enrolled in a 3-year Master Apprentice Program with Judy Worsley, the lineage holder of the Worsley Five-Element Acupuncture tradition.
Kelly is licensed in the state of Colorado and board certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).
Kelly is passionate about helping people incorporate their innate connection with nature into their daily lives, which stems from her immense love and respect for the natural world. She spends as much time outside as possible, learning from the expressions of the five elements.
